Returns Policy

We offer a 100% guarantee that if you're in any way not happy with the goods you have ordered, we will exchange them or give you a full refund, provided that you return the item to us in its original condition and packaging without any of the garments security tags removed. We reserve the right to refuse returns of where it is evident that the product has been used. If the item is faulty, we will offer a full refund or exchange on receipt of the returned goods.These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Returns Period

All full price returns must be received by Angela Beer within 14 days of placing your order. All sale goods must be received by Angela Beer within 7 days of placing your order

Returns Procedure

If you wish to return your order you should contact us within 7 days of receiving your goods stating the items you wish to return or exchange, the reason for each and also your credit card details if you wish us to collect it from you at a cost of £10.95. Please note that we can only issue refunds or exchanges on items that are shipped back to us within 14 days of receipt with the yellow returns ticket still attached.  

You will receive an email to confirm that your return has been received and processed within 72 hours of receipt.

International returns must be returned at the recipients cost after informing us at info@angelabeer.com. All returns must be received by Angela Beer within 14 days of placing your order.

For UK orders under £500 and International orders please send your returns in the original packaging to:

Alternatively if you require us to collect the returns from your address, this can be arranged at a cost of £10.95 (UK only)

For orders exceeding £500 we will arrange collection of the goods using our courier company.  Please contact us at info@angelabeer.com or call us on
+44 (0)161 9256940 to arrange collection.

Return of Faulty Goods

If you believe the goods we have supplied to you are faulty, you should notify the customer care team at: info@angelabeer.com explaining what you believe is the problem and stating the original order number. When we receive the item, we will investigate the fault and contact you to agree an appropriate resolution. All returned goods must arrive at Angela Beer within 14 days of the date you placed the order.
